<p>因為「土生金」的原理，濕屬土，燥屬金，當金氣旺盛，土氣受制，濕氣大減，天氣影響人體，痰濕減少，自然減少痰濕體質的不適症狀。</p>

<p>秋燥時滋補降燥、溫補，對於濕熱質人士來說，需要平衡兩邊燥濕得宜，寒溫調息，切忌只為對亢秋燥而忘卻自身體質的兩極。當痰濕體質人士痰濕積聚化熱，亦可能發展成為濕熱體質。<br></p>
