<p>大腸癌是香港人癌症排行榜中，發病率和死亡率均排名第二位，成為都市人常見的癌症個案！有研究指出，大腸癌患者年輕化，而且西式飲食是患大腸癌的主要原因之一。美國哈佛的Kantor博士的研究顯示，如果男士的BMI超過27.5，罹患大腸癌的風險會增加2.08倍。根據美國癌症協會指出，60％大腸癌患者確診時已屬晚期，想提高治癒率，應接受篩查，及早接受治療。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">大腸癌年輕化</h2>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">西式飲食誘發大腸癌</h2>



<p>研究亦指出，「西式飲食」容易導致大腸癌。研究對13萬名醫護人員進行分析，發現有1175人患大腸癌，當中111名患者的大腸癌細胞中，含有特殊大腸桿菌「E. Coli」，其特點是能分泌「PKS」化學物質。<br><br>研究進一步分析飲食習慣，發現大多數習慣西式飲食的人，腸道內更容易出現特殊大腸桿菌「E. Coli」，因而刺激腸道發炎，最終演變成大腸癌。<br><br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">肥胖增加患癌風險兩倍</h2>



<p>肥胖一直都是導致癌症的原因之一，根據美國哈佛博士Kantor的<a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4530604/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">研究</span></strong></a>，他發現如果男士有肥胖問題，BMI是27.5-30時，患大腸癌的風險會增加2.08倍，當BMI超過30，患大腸癌的風險就增加2.38倍。</p>

<p>很多外國研究報告都指出長期的高纖飲食習慣，有效降低大腸癌的發病率。 </p>

<p>水果類中含高膳食纖維的水果例子有梨，一個中型（178克）的梨，就有5.5克的膳食纖維含量。 </p>

<p>在蔬菜類中，青豆含十分豐富的膳食纖維。80克煮熟的青豆，就含有膳食纖維量4.4克。 </p>

<p>一日一蘋果，除了令醫生遠離你之外，還可以令大腸癌遠離你。連皮的蘋果（182克），就有4.4克的膳食纖維量。 </p>

<p>芒果十分香甜，是很多甜品會用到的水果。芒果本身亦含有豐富的膳食纖維，吃半個芒果（168克），就能攝取2.7克的膳食纖維。 </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">預防大腸癌2：避免高脂肪飲食</h2>



<p>高脂飲食被認為是提高患大腸癌的危險因素，過多的脂肪會導致糞便中次級膽汁酸刺激並傷害腸黏膜，長期會誘發腫瘤細胞生長，導致大腸癌。<br><br>應減少攝取高脂肉類，如牛肉、羊肉、豬肉等，亦要避免高脂肪部位。<br>​</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-4">預防大腸癌4：大腸癌篩查</h2>
