<p>因為「土生金」的原理，濕屬土，燥屬金，當金氣旺盛，土氣受制，濕氣大減，天氣影響人體，痰濕減少，自然減少痰濕體質的不適症狀。</p>

<p>秋燥多注重滋補增潤，對於痰濕質人士來說可謂兩面刃，一來痰濕質人士亦會面對秋燥帶來的燥邪傷害，致使皮膚乾燥爆裂、咽喉乾燥等情況；另一方面，痰濕質人士容易生痰聚濕，秋燥補品多滋膩，反容易引起體質本身帶來的不適。</p>

<p><strong>材料</strong>︰雪梨一個，蘋果一個，瘦肉適量，雪耳一束。</p>



<p><strong>煮法︰</strong>將材料洗淨備用。將水煲滾，放入材料，用大火煲10分鐘，再轉文火煲30分鐘，最後加入食鹽調味。</p>



<p><strong>功用︰</strong>雪梨性涼，味甘微酸，清燥潤肺，生津止渴</p>



<p>　　‧蘋果性涼味甘，健脾開胃消食，潤肺化痰；</p>



<p>　　‧瘦肉性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥；</p>



<p>　　‧雪耳性平味甘淡，滋補生津，潤肺養胃；</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3"><br><strong>日常調理︰</strong></h2>



<p>秋燥時份可以多飲水，一來補充身體水分，減少燥邪傷身，亦可減少皮膚和咽喉乾燥不適，同時多飲水亦可避免身體水腫。因為害怕水腫而減少飲水量，這是一個普遍人的誤解，因為飲水量少，身體反而會發出警號，擔憂會有脫水危機而進行鎖水，盡量減少水液排走和留失，結果反而會令到水腫情況更甚。</p>
