<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-c">首選維他命C</h4>



<p>維他命C有抗氧化的功效，能保護皮膚細胞免受太陽照射所造成的傷害。另外，它能促進骨膠原合成，有助皮膚保持彈性預防老化。根據美國飲食指南，成年女性一日需要攝取75毫克維他命C ，男性則需要90毫克。以下列出了幾種含豐富維他命C的蔬果供大家參考。</p>



<p>烹煮注意事項：由於維他命C 屬於水溶性，而且較容易受熱力破壞，烹煮以下蔬菜時，建議以快炒方式代替烚，以保存更多營養。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-e">加上維他命E效果更好</h4>



<p>曾有研究指出，同時攝取維他命C及維他命E，比單獨攝取維他命C，能更有效地減低UV對皮膚造成的傷害、抑制黑色素形成、以及淡化色斑。除了能抗氧化，維他命E亦能滋潤及修護皮膚。無論男女，成年人士一日均需要攝取15毫克。</p>



<p>含豐富維他命E的食物包括：植物油（如葵花籽油、橄欖油、粟米油）、果仁（如杏仁、腰果）、種籽（葵花籽、南瓜籽）及深綠色蔬菜（如菠菜、西蘭花）等等。</p>



<p>烹調注意事項：維他命E屬於脂溶性維他命，需要依靠食物中的油脂，才能被身體吸收，所以烹煮以上蔬菜時，最好以植物油低拌炒或涼拌，以保留及吸收最多的營養。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">其他抗氧化物選擇</h4>



<p>進食新鮮蔬果，除了能提供豐富維他命C及維他命E之外，它們同時能提供不同的抗氧化物，如茄紅素、胡蘿蔔素、花青素等等，全都能有效保護細胞及保護皮膚健康。</p>



<p>另外，穀胱甘肽（Glutathione,GSH）亦是一個經常被人用作 美白 劑的抗氧化營養素。這是因為它能抑制酪氨酸酶（Tyrosinase）的活性，阻隔黑色素的生成。它除了是一種強力的抗氧化劑之外，又能結合體內毒素，以及協助肝臟排毒功能。然而，體內穀胱甘肽水平會隨著年輕增長、壓力、營養不均勻、抽煙等問題而下降。</p>



<p>想提升體內穀胱甘肽水平可攝取十字花科蔬菜（西蘭花、椰菜花、羽衣甘藍、椰菜、菠菜等）、新鮮蔬果（特別是蒜、洋蔥、蘆筍等）、及新鮮肉類（如牛肉、雞蛋、魚肉、豬肉等）。</p>



<p>所以，日常飲中多吃新鮮蔬果、適量攝取果仁及新鮮肉類，對於護膚 美白 有一定程度的幫助。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1"> 美白 營養補充劑有用嗎？</h4>



<p>市面上亦有很多主打 美白 的營養補充劑，最常見的有穀胱甘肽（Glutathione, GSH）及各種的植物萃取物（如葡萄籽萃取物、綠茶萃取物等）的補充劑，這些都是強大的抗氧化劑，所以 美白 的原理都跟上述提及過的食物及營養素一樣。</p>



<p>當然，營養師會先建議，從食物中攝取以上營養素，以確保能同時補充健康所需的各種營養素。但如果自覺日常飲用中確實較難以攝取的話，亦可適量服食以上營養補充劑作為輔助。</p>

<p id="h-2-omega7-2-40-2-trimethylaminuria-b-3-fennel-tea-streptococcus-thermophilus-mozzarella-cheese-italian-cheese-swiss-cheese-phenolic-compounds">2-壬烯醛是一種不飽和醛，具有油膩和青草味。有研究曾指出，Omega7隨著年齡增長，在體內分解，2-壬烯醛是它降解而產生，通常在40 歲或以上人士中檢測到，因此2-壬烯醛或與年齡相關的體味變化有關。</p>

<p id="h-2-omega7-2-40-2-trimethylaminuria-b-3-fennel-tea-streptococcus-thermophilus-mozzarella-cheese-italian-cheese-swiss-cheese-phenolic-compounds"><br>•螺旋藻含有<strong>葉綠素</strong>，葉綠素是一種有效的除臭劑，可減少口臭、尿液、糞便和體味。有針對三甲基胺尿症（Trimethylaminuria）（一種導致魚腥味的疾病）的研究曾發現，葉綠素或可以降低三甲胺的含量從而降低魚腥味。有針對護老院的研究亦曾發現，葉綠素補充劑或有助改善住在療養院的老年人的下體氣味。</p>
