<p class="has-normal-font-size">Wing Sir指，Warm Up可分為兩部分：首先讓全身溫度提升，可進行帶氧性運動，如跑步、游泳、大字跳、原地踏步（約5分鐘）；然後進行伸展運動，舒張肌肉，令自己反應更快、更靈敏之餘提高肌肉協調能力，避免 舞蹈性創傷 。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">有的，一般可以從伸展運動中入手。跳舞前的伸展運動可先進行大路一點的動作，例如舒張二頭肌、三頭肌等；或者如舞步下肢動作較多，便可以側重大腿二頭、四頭、小腿等。一些特別的舞步需要大量膊頭的動作，就需要更多針對性的動作Warm Up。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>合作性運動要一樣體型？</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">如果身高體重相約，進行合作性運動當然最好；一般可分為幾人合作做同一組動作，或幾人輪流做不同動作，可訓練舞者協調性和合拍度。</p>
