<p>有位二十多歲空姐感到 頸痛 、 頭痛 及手麻痺，來到脊醫診所求助。今年受疫情影響各國航班大減，幾個月以來，她只能等候工作分派，日子相當清閒，每天便花上幾小時玩《 動物之森 》遊戲。留家避疫都能夠與朋友聯誼，她覺得是很好的消閒方法，不過，由於姿勢不良，日積月累終引致痛症 。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">玩動森玩到有痛症</h4>



<p>自從《 動物之森 》遊戲（簡稱《動森》）大行其道，脊醫接收的頸椎及手指痛症個案有所上升；香港人工作面對電腦及手機的時間本已愈來愈多，有頸椎問題相當普遍，自疫症爆發，長期低頭使用電子產品，痛症就變得更嚴重，而早前不少上班族Work from home，作息時間不似以往定時，容易沉迷電子遊戲亦不足為奇。</p>



<p>這位空姐坐著玩，伏在床又玩，用手踭托在床撐起上半身，用雙手拿遊戲機可玩上半天。她說此遊戲在虛擬世界可繼續旅行，與朋友聚會，探訪朋友「家」，亂摸一通之後又不用連忙消毒，正正與真實世界相反。以上一連串動作，長期低頭影響頸椎弧度，縮起肩膊增加胸肌附近壓力，每天持續數小時最後弄至 頸痛 、 頭痛 及手麻痺，痛感持續不散。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">頸椎承受壓力大增</h4>



<p>檢查過後，證實頸椎弧度偏直，頸周圍肌肉非常繃緊，頸肌肉痛令她以為是 頭痛 ，間接引發放射式頭痛；由於伏在床上打機的姿勢，使胸肌過緊，壓到通過胸廓出口的手部神經線，導致手麻痺。幸而她年輕，間中有運動，痛症不是非常嚴重，幾次治療後手麻痺、 頭痛 和 頸痛 已消除，頸椎弧度問題則要覆診跟進。</p>



<p>一般人打機都會低著頭，姿勢可以定格數小時，不止會引發 頭痛 、 頸痛 ，甚至胸廓出口綜合症及彈弓指。頭的重量約為12磅，以頸椎支撐，頭部前傾，頸椎承受的壓力會大增，肩頸肌肉受到拉扯，會變得繃緊酸痛，長期維持不良姿勢，可導致頸椎關節功能性問題，患者會感到 頭痛 、 頸痛 、手麻痺等。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">胸廓出口綜合症的形成</h4>



<p>胸廓出口綜合症是常見的上肢毛病，與脊椎及肋骨有關。胸廓出口位置在胸膛上部，被鎖骨、肩胛骨、頸部肌肉及第一條肋骨包圍，前方為肋鎖韌帶，後方為中斜角肌。</p>



<p>成因有兩種，一是第一條肋骨或鎖骨出現關節功能性問題，二是頸肩肌肉痙攣腫脹、纖維厚化等，使胸廓出口的空間收窄，令由此出口通過的動、靜脈，手部神經和血管受到壓迫，出現頸肩痛、手指麻痺，若靜脈及神經線長期受壓，嚴重可致手部肌肉萎縮，部分患者亦會感 頭痛 、胸口痛、呼吸困難，病徵有如心絞痛，由於症狀與頸椎間盤突出、肩周炎、網球肘、腕管綜合症等相似，需要詳細檢查診斷。</p>



<p>彈弓指與長期重複特定動作有關，打機時重複按鍵，可使手指肌腱充血及發炎；彈弓指患者手指活動能力會大減，只可屈曲不能伸直，或只可伸直而不能屈曲。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">舒緩痛症運動</h4>



<p>雖然許多人喜歡玩電子遊戲來打發時間，但都不宜長時間定格在一個姿勢，無論任何年紀，也最好每隔20至30分鐘就放下手機或遊戲機，如果能夠做拉筋伸展動作，以舒緩低頭帶來的頸椎壓力，那就更理想。</p>
