<p>儲存雪糕的温度最好低於攝氏-18度，而盡量避免融化後重雪。因為將雪糕重新雪藏有機會影響食物安全，引致肚痛腹瀉。為了不受反覆開關冰櫃影響，一般建議不要將雪糕放入冷藏櫃門後，避免雪糕温度出現波動。</p>

<p>除了普通裝雪糕，不少人也會選吃家庭裝雪糕，但因為份量偏多，一般都會出現吃剩的情況，建議吃剩後蓋上蓋子前，應先用保鮮紙在搞表面包好，減少結霜機會，令味道及口味變質。</p>



<p>雖然以上雪糕卡路里不高，但吃太多仍有致肥風險！</p>
