<p>味道與咖啡相似的蒲公英咖啡，但不含咖啡因。由蒲公英的根部有滋補護肝功效，可以促進肝和腎的活動及消化，也可以令人提起精神！</p>

<p>蘋果醋的酸甜味道有提神及醒腦的作用，更加有助平衡體內的酸鹼度、促進消化，最適合於早上飲用。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>蘋果醋 1湯匙<br>檸檬汁 1湯匙<br>薑汁 4湯匙<br>蜜糖 1茶匙<br>熱水100毫升<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>全部材料混合，再加以攪拌即成。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">火龍果雪梨胡椒薄荷特飲</h2>



<p>火龍果含豐富纖維，可滑腸排便；雪梨有潤肺、清熱、解毒等功效，可改善呼吸系統和肺功能，使膚色紅潤，其鉀含量有助排走體內多餘的鈉，達到去水腫的功效。同時又可加入，胡椒薄荷又名辣薄荷，其香氣有提高集中力、減少疲勞的功效，效果比一般綠薄荷更佳。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">腸胃出現敏感症狀的原因</h2>



<p>導致腸胃敏感及敏感發作的因素，有可能是吃了一些引致過敏反應的食物、腸胃蠕動異常﹑內臟感覺過敏﹑精神心理障礙或曾受腸道感染等。</p>



<p>基本上腸胃敏感大多數的症狀都是便秘或肚瀉，甚至同時發生。雖然沒有太大的生命危險，但因腸胃不適，有機會令生活帶來很多不便。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">腸胃健康從飲食習慣開始</h2>



<p>我會建議大家以小吃多餐為原則，且盡量避免進食會引致腸胃不適的食物，如咖啡飲品、辛辣食品及奶類製品。</p>



<p>以低發酵性碳水化合物飲食方法(Low FODMAPs Diet)，來改善病情，減少進食含果糖、乳糖及糖醇等高FODMAPs食物，以免食物經消化後發酵並產生大量氣體，加劇便秘、腸瀉及腹脹絞痛問題。</p>

<p><br>・控制果糖時，每次應攝取一份水果，食用間隔為二、三個小時。<br>・適量的食糖（或蔗糖）並不會引起症狀發作。<br>・洋葱及大蒜是腸易激發作的最大誘因之一，應完全避免，包括含洋葱粉、大蒜粉的湯底。<br>・脂肪、油類及動物性蛋白質的食物並不含FODMAP，植物性蛋白質則相反，應限制豆類的攝取量。<br>・「無麩質飲食」（Gluten Free）能避免果聚糖的攝取，但目前尚無科學證據證明「無麩質飲食」可改善「非乳糜瀉」（Non-coeliac disease）的腸易激症狀。<br>・必須避免攝取大量的小麥與裸麥食品，如麵包、麥片、意大利粉及餅乾類。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">紫薯藜麥軟餅</h2>



<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>紫薯 (去皮、切件) 1個<br>藜麥 1/4杯<br>有機麵粉 100克<br>水 350毫升<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.燒滾250毫升水，加入藜麥，蓋上鍋蓋煮15分鐘至藜麥成半透明狀，備用。<br>2.紫薯以大火隔水蒸10分鐘取出，用叉將紫薯壓成蓉。<br>3.將紫薯、藜麥、麵粉拌勻，加入100毫升水，揉成麵團。<br>4.中火燒熱一茶匙油，取適量大小的麵團放於鍋內，用鑊鏟壓成餅狀，煎至兩邊金黃便可食用。</p>

<p>紫薯的升糖指數比橙色蕃薯低。 除了營養成分外，它們還含有花青素，可以通過改善胰島素抵抗來逆轉或預防肥胖和 2 型糖尿病的風險。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>生杏仁 1杯<br>水 2-3杯<br>龍舌蘭糖 適量<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.先用水浸泡杏仁至少6小時。<br>2.瀝淨後，把杏仁粒和水攪拌至液態狀，再混入龍舌蘭糖。<br>3.隔渣後即成。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">營養提示：</h3>



<p>杏仁奶不但熱量低，飽和脂肪含量亦低，很受減肥人士歡迎，當中含有豐富維他命E、單元不飽和脂肪酸和多種礦物質（如鈣、硒、鉀、磷和鎂）。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>粉絲 100克<br>甘筍絲 100克（切絲）<br>羽衣甘藍 65克<br>本菇 50克<br>洋葱 1/2個（切絲）<br>蒜蓉 1瓣（剁蓉）<br><br><strong>汁料：</strong><br>糖 1茶匙<br>豉油 1湯匙<br>水3湯匙<br>麻油 1湯匙<br>油 1茶匙<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.將羽衣甘藍撕碎成可一口吃掉的大小。<br>2.加入汁料及洋葱，醃約半小時。<br>3.將恐龍羽衣甘藍、洋葱、甘筍、本菇及蒜蓉一同炒熟，如太乾可加入少量水份。<br>4.加入粉絲煮約3分鐘，完成。</p>

<p>Chapchae（잡채）是一種非常受歡迎的韓國料理。 Chapchae譯為“雜菜”，為我們提供了豐富的纖維來源。 我們決定不選用由蕃薯和澱粉製成的粉絲，而選用豆製粉絲來增加這道菜色的蛋白質含量。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>菠菜　　　　　1杯（切碎）<br>大蒜　　　　　2瓣（切碎）<br>洋蔥　　　　　1/2個（去皮、切碎）<br>熟扁豆　　　　1杯（切碎）<br>熟藜麥　　　　2杯（切碎）<br>咖喱粉　　　　2茶匙<br>黃薑粉　　　　1茶匙<br>龍舌蘭糖漿　　1茶匙<br><br><strong>調味：</strong><br>鹽　　　　　　1茶匙<br>胡椒　　　　　1/2茶匙<br>檸檬　　　　　1茶匙<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.將大蒜、洋蔥、菠菜、扁豆放入攪拌器內拌勻，倒入已放了藜麥的大碗中。<br>2.加入 1 茶匙油、黃薑粉、咖喱粉、龍舌蘭糖漿及調味料拌勻，用手把混合物搓成餅狀。<br>3.以中火燒熱一茶匙油，將扁豆素餅煎至金香，即成。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">營養提示：</h3>



<p>以天然的黃薑粉、咖喱粉、胡椒等調味，可為食物增添獨特香味之餘，也可減少使用鹽份及其他合成調味料；加上黃薑粉含有黃薑素，有助心臟健康及有抗炎作用。若果想煮得惹味一點，建議可加入新鮮的小辣椒或即磨黑胡椒。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>節瓜　 1條<br>豆腐　 150克<br>紅扁豆　 3湯匙<br>冬菇　 2隻<br>粟粉　 1湯匙<br><br><strong>調味料：</strong><br>水晶鹽　 1茶匙<br>Agave Sugar　 1茶匙<br>蔬菜粉　 1茶匙<br>粟粉　 1/2 茶匙<br>蔥　 2茶匙<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.節瓜去皮切成小段，每段約3厘米厚，備用。<br>2.豆腐、紅扁豆、冬菇與醃料拌勻。<br>3.節瓜中央掃少許粟粉，釀入適量餡料。<br>4.節瓜排於碟上，用金鑽西施電飯煲蒸熟即可享用。</p>

<p>豆腐中的大豆蛋白及大豆異黃酮有助身體排出鈉質，亦幫助血管壁放鬆，可降低血壓，維持心血管健康。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>雪菜 1/2杯<br>荷蘭豆 1/2杯<br>杏鮑菇 200克<br>紅椒 1隻<br>薑 2片<br>油 1茶匙<br><br><strong>調味料：</strong><br>芝麻油 1茶匙<br>黃糖 1茶匙<br>鹽 1/2匙<br>醬油 1茶匙<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.將雪菜塔洗淨、切碎﹔ 杏鮑菇、紅椒切粒，備用。<br>2.以大火煮滾水後，加入荷蘭豆煮約5分鐘，瀝乾水備用。<br>3.將油倒入鑊中，以中火將薑片炒勻後，加入杏鮑菇粒、雪菜及青豆。<br>4.加入所有調味料後炒勻，便可食用。</p>

<p>荷蘭豆所含的膳食纖維，具有助降低膽固醇、增加飽肚感及防止便秘的作用。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>白米 80克<br>紅米 60克<br>糙米 60克<br>水 200亳升<br>紫椰菜 100克(洗淨切絲)<br>新鮮冬菇 6隻<br>紫粟米 1/2杯<br>油 1茶匙<br><br><strong>調味料：</strong><br>鹽 1/2 茶匙<br>胡椒粉 1/2茶匙<br><br><strong>做法：</strong><br>1.將三色米煮成熟飯，盛起待府卻後，備用。<br>2.將紫椰菜、 新鮮冬菇洗淨、切絲，備用。<br>3.先下1茶匙油起鑊，以大火將紫椰菜、鮮冬菇粒及紫粟米略炒。<br>4.再將已煮熟的三色飯下鑊炒勻。<br>5.最後加入調味料，以大火炒勻至米飯轉為乾身，便可食用。</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>甘筍 ½條（洗淨，切粒）<br>冬菇 6朵（洗淨，切粒）<br>青瓜 ½條（洗淨，切粒）<br>蘑菇2 朵（用水浸軟，切粒）<br>豆腐 1磚（切粒）<br>木薯粉 4茶匙<br><br><strong>醬汁：</strong><br>豉油 2茶匙<br>番茄醬 2茶匙<br>黃糖 1茶匙<br>水 2湯匙</p>





<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">做法：</h5>



<ol><li>所有食材拌勻，搓成丸狀。</li><li>中火燒滾半鍋水，下豆腐丸子略煮3分鐘，取出瀝水。</li><li>中火燒熱2茶匙油，煎香豆腐丸子至金黃色，取出。</li><li>醬汁材料以大火煮滾，淋上豆腐丸子，即成。</li></ol>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>蘆筍 200克<br>竹笙 20克<br>蔬菜湯200毫升<br>蒜蓉2茶匙<br><br><strong>調料：</strong><br>鹽1/2茶匙<br><br><strong>芡汁：</strong><br>木薯粉2湯匙<br>水30毫升</p>





<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">做法：</h5>



<ol><li>大火煮滾水，加入竹笙煮大約5分鐘，瀝水備用。</li><li>中火燒熱半茶匙油，下蒜蓉、蘆筍及驗樓炒，上碟。</li><li>中火燒熱半茶匙油，蟹竹笙炒2分鐘，加入蔬菜湯煮滾。</li><li>加入已拌勻芡汁材料煮至略稠，離火淋上蘆筍面，即成。</li></ol>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>糙米 1/2杯<br>紅米 1/2杯<br>紅蘿蔔粒 1/2杯<br>提子乾 2湯匙<br>葵花籽 1湯匙</p>

<ol><li>糙米、紅米洗淨，加入水 (蓋過米面) 及1茶匙醋，浸2小時。</li><li>浸透後放入電飯煲煮熟。</li><li>加入紅蘿蔔粒、提子乾、葵花籽拌勻，焗5分鐘即成。</li></ol>

<p><strong>材料：</strong><br>木瓜 1個<br>新鮮海底椰 4件<br>乾雪耳 40克<br>南北杏 1茶匙<br>水 200亳升</p>





<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">做法：</h5>



<ol><li>先以清水浸軟雪耳，再去蒂兼分成小朵，然後用沸水煮約3分鐘，撈起過冷河及瀝水備用。</li><li>木瓜去皮、去籽、新鮮海底椰切粒兼洗淨。</li><li>水煮至沸騰後，加入所有材料，煲至木瓜腍身即成。</li></ol>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-c">健康貼士：木瓜含有豐富胡蘿蔔素和維他命，當中維他命C含量比橙更高，除了可增加膠原蛋白的吸收外，還有再提升免疫力。</h4>
