<h4 class="wp-block-heading">減肥必勝法：「三不政策」</h4>



<p>在處理近千宗減肥個案，蔡博士認為減肥前要記住「不求快、不挨餓、不盲信」，好好充實有關熱量、運動、食物的基本知識及自律，才是減肥成功關鍵。<br></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">01. 減肥可以簡簡單單就成功?</h4>



<p>欲速則不達，要維持體重不復胖，其實需要高度自律，加上很多研究指出，減肥速度過快，期間所失去的重量，多來自骨骼、水分和肌肉，而非脂肪，醫師建議應該循序漸進，一週減約 0.5-1 公斤最理想，而每天最起碼要攝取1000-1200大卡的熱量。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">02. 減肥一定要一步到位?</h4>



<p>肥胖最大問題是影響健康，更會引來不少疾病糖尿病、高血壓、脂肪肝等等，很多研究顯示，只要減輕2％到5％的體重便能緩解上述疾病，與其追求減磅數字，不如認真思考減肥對健康的好處。<br></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03. 減肥挨餓才能成功?</h4>



<p>節食雖然瘦得快，但復胖機會極高，副作用亦多，易攰、營養素攝取不足、思考速度變慢，最重要是影響葡萄糖和胰島素的生理時鐘，令血糖過度波動！食得少不如食得好，建立正確的減重飲食觀念才是關鍵。<br></p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">04. 低脂、低糖一定有助於減肥?</h4>



<p>低脂減肥法大行其道，不過市面標榜低脂、低糖食物，其實不等於含有較低的熱量，醫師以白飯為例，100克的白飯，含糖量不到3克，但卻包含超過70克的澱粉，屬於超高碳水化合物含量食物，故多吃白飯會致肥，在計劃減肥時，要多參考營養標籤及留意飲食均衡。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">05. 搭配減肥產品就能成功減磅？</h4>



<p>減肥產品推陳出新，不過醫師認為減肥食品，大多只能帶來能安慰劑效果（placebo effect），令減肥人士心理上提醒自己花了錢減肥，故要控制熱量攝取，大家不應過分相信及依賴減肥藥物醫療效果。</p>
