<p> 再冷藏的乳酪會分泌出淡黃色的水，這些水其實是活性乳酸菌「乳清分離」的正常現象，所以是不用擔心，可以繼續食用。</p>

<p> 但如果過了保質期﹑發現有像酒發酵的酸味，或是已經變色變硬的話，就千祈不要食用！因為這些情況都代表乳酪經已變質。</p>

<p>市面上的一些乳酪，為了令味道更香甜，會添加糖﹑香料和果膠等成份，熱量之高可想而知！</p>
