<p>一個成年人每日的熱量攝取量介乎於1500至3000卡路里，而一個月餅的熱量約800卡路里，相當於4碗白飯。因此，大家在中秋佳節多與人分享，每次食月餅約只吃1/4個，即攝取200卡路里，可以共同享受滋味時，又不怕致肥！</p>

<p>即使減少食月餅的分量，其實月餅高糖高脂，同樣有致肥風險。因此，大家開心食過月餅之後，也要勤做運動消脂！運動的時長可因應所吃的分量調節，而200卡路里相當於一碗白飯，大約需緩跑30分鐘來消耗。</p>

<p>而不少減肥人士擔心，即使只吃1/4個月餅，再加正餐同樣會增加每日的熱量攝取，所以大家不妨將月餅代替部分正餐，例如少吃一碗白飯，就不用怕熱量及糖分攝取過量。而吃正餐時，其餘餸菜應盡量少油，減低因油脂而致肥的風險。</p>

<p>其實食月餅最佳的時間是餐與餐之間，當血糖回復正常水平，令進食時可以控制血糖升幅。由於高血糖指數會引致反彈性的血糖過低，不利於減肥；而低血糖指數雖然可以減慢消化及穩定血糖，但就沒有明顯減肥效果。</p>
