<p>陽痿是指男性生殖器持續或反復出現無法勃起，以達到滿意的性行為。成因其實與心理及生理因素有關，如精神壓力或焦慮、患上某些疾病如糖尿病、血管疾病、神經問題、服用某些藥物如鎮靜劑、飲酒過多及吸煙等。</p>

<p>相信大家都會睇過煙盒設計，政府經常忠告市民吸煙可引致陽痿，因為尼古丁可令血管收窄，香煙含多種化學物質，會引起陰莖海綿體的血管硬化，長期吸煙可引致陽痿。</p>

<p>相信不少男士也試過飲酒後往往無法勃起，以達到滿意的性行為。其實酒精會導致血液中雄激素睪酮減少，影響睪丸生產睪酮，睪酮減少會造成勃起功能障礙。</p>

<p>很多情況下陽痿是可以治療的，故患者有任何懷疑，都應及早求醫，治療方法多方口服藥物醫治。此外，患者亦可與伴侶開放討論性需要，改變性習慣，如挑逗或互相愛撫。有任何懷疑，都應盡快求醫。</p>
