<p>很多女生都是 「 梨形身材」 ， 同樣面對下身肥胖的問題 。 明明已經拚命拉筋 、    瘦腿 做運動 ， 但效果還是不太明顯嗎？其實日常有些壞習慣不但令雙腿變粗 ， 更會影響腳型 ， 想擁有一雙美腿的女生要注意了！</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading">壞習慣1 ： 經常蹺腳 </h4>



<p>蹺腳的壞處就不用多說了吧 ！ 明知道這個坐姿百害而無一利，有些女生卻偏偏不以為然。</p>

<p>這個姿勢會影響腿部的血液流通、淋巴循環等，導致下半身脂肪的積聚，除了會令腿部看起來更浮腫外，更會導致臀部變大 、造成O形腳等問題 。 </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">壞習慣2 ： 習慣盤腳坐</h4>



<p>除了蹺腳之外，盤腳坐同樣壞處多多。習慣性的盤腿住坐同樣會影響下半身的血液循環 ，令腿部左右兩側肌肉分佈不均勻，並造成下半身肥胖。 </p>

<p>很多OL每天都坐在辦公室工作，有時候更為了趕Deadline而埋頭苦幹，不自覺養成憋尿的壞習慣。</p>

<p>若持續不上洗手間的話，身體的水分都集中在下半身 ，久而久之就會造成水腫。  </p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">壞習慣4 ： 走路姿態不正確</h4>



<p>有些人一直以錯誤的步姿走路卻不自知，不論是內八、外八、拖著後腳走路或施力位置不對等，錯誤的姿態無法平均衡使用兩邊的腿部肌肉，令小腿變得愈來愈粗壯 ， 線條亦不協調。 </p>

<p>高跟鞋真的令女生又愛又恨， 雖然穿上高踭鞋後令腿部的線條變美 ，但長時間穿著會令小腿承受壓力，意外地製造了不好看的小腿肌 ！ </p>
