<h2 class="wp-block-heading">中醫看短暫性腦缺血發作(TIA)</h2>



<p>中醫認為TIA的發作病位於腦，與「痰、瘀、虛」體質有關，先是有「虛」的致病基礎，繼而形成「痰、瘀」的病理產物 — 脾為後天之本，主運化，散布水谷精微營養五臟六腑; 腎為先天之本，主津液，主溫煦臟腑，通過氣化把津液布散全身。如：</p>



<p>年老體衰，內傷積損，導致脾腎氣虛，腎氣虛，腎失溫煦，失氣化津液功能，脾氣虛，脾不散精，津液會形成痰濁；氣為血之帥，血為氣之母，氣虛不能生血、行血，所以氣虛血亦虛，氣滯血亦滯，氣血運行不暢形成血瘀，血瘀及痰濁等病理產物令到腦竅神機一時受損，神明失用遂致眩暈、肢體麻木、無力，甚至言語謇澀，進一步發展會形成完全成中風。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading">中醫治療短暫性腦缺血發作(TIA)</h2>



<p>中醫治療TIA，以調治肝脾腎氣、活血化瘀、袪痰通絡為主，中醫強調未病先防，針對中風先兆早期干預，用藥物、針灸預防發展為中風。<br><br>中藥治療根據急則治其標、緩則治其本的法則，眩暈、手足麻木發作時，以袪痰化瘀、通絡開竅為主; 病情緩解時，治本以改善體質，調治肝脾腎氣，從源頭減低痰濕、瘀血的形成，研究亦發現，活血化瘀中藥能有效降低血黏度，改善微循環，調節腦血流動力學，降低心腦血管發作風險，因此提高TIA臨床改善療效。</p>

<p>而針灸治療方面，有研究以頭項穴位針刺為主，對比針刺治療前後腦血流動力學變化，發現針刺後腦血流量明顯增加，大腦血液循環改善；加上以體針調整體質，通調經絡，袪痰化瘀，去除病理產物；又督脈入腦，透過刺激督脈腧穴以調神通竅，防治TIA及中風發作。</p>

<p>除中藥及針灸外，亦需從日常起居著手，張三錫在《醫學准繩六要》提及：「屏除一切膏粱厚味，肥甘生痰動火之物……遠色戒性，清虛靜攝」；黃帝內經《上古天真論》亦提及：「食飲有節，起居有常，不妄作勞，故能形與神俱，盡終其天年」，與現代醫學控制三高以預防TIA異曲同工。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">氣鬱體質</h2>



<p>氣鬱主要表現為肝鬱氣滯，身體多表現為胃腸道氣滯，胃腹頂脹，脅肋乳房脹痛，甚或經常偏頭痛、頭昏腦脹等，內在多見氣鬱影響情響鬱結，情緒不穩定，失眠等問題。<br><br>夏天對於氣鬱型人士是好季節。天氣炎熱，「火曰炎上」，汗流浹背的日子，氣血都會運行得比較順暢。氣血流通，減少鬱滯，個人心情亦會更愉快。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">氣鬱體質保健穴位：足三里穴</h2>

<p>足三里穴是足陽明胃經合穴。足三里是一個常用保健穴位，既適合夏天時對抗濕熱環境悶熱脾胃不適，亦對於氣鬱型人士有通氣降逆的效果。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>外膝眼下3寸，脛骨旁<br><strong>功效：</strong>降逆順氣，清熱和胃化濕</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">氣鬱體質保健湯水：胡椒豬肚湯</h2>



<p><strong>材料︰</strong>胡椒適量，排骨一兩，豬肚一個<br><strong>製法：</strong>一、把胡椒放入豬肚中，再用竹籤串起。<br>　　　二、排骨先斬件，再將排骨和豬肚一起汆水。<br>　　　三、先將水煲滾，加入排骨，再放入豬肚，蓋上煲1.5hr，最後加入食鹽調味。<br><strong>功效：</strong>胡椒辛熱，溫中散寒，下氣消痰；<br>　　　豬肚味甘性溫，健脾胃，補益脾氣；<br>　　　排骨性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥。<br><strong>適宜︰</strong>5歲以上已可飲用。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">氣鬱體質保健茶飲︰薏米茶</h2>

<p><strong>材料︰</strong>生薏米、熟薏米各20g<br><strong>製法︰</strong>將薏米放進水中，用大火煮15-20分鐘，倒出再泡焗15分鐘即可飲用。<br><strong>注意事項︰</strong>生薏米袪濕，熟薏米止瀉，可視乎身體需要而調整生熟薏米之間的比例，如腹瀉較頻，建議熟薏米可增至30g。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">特稟體質</h2>



<p>特稟型多見各種過敏，如鼻敏感、皮膚過敏、蕁麻疹、濕疹、唇炎、氣管敏感、哮喘，亦容易出現食物／藥物過敏。<br><br>夏天濕熱氣候，多發皮膚問題。「濕壓熱伏」致使皮膚散熱不佳，熱氣鬱蒸，皮膚易長粒粒、紅腫痕癢。因此，保持皮膚乾爽涼爽，對於特稟型人士更為重要。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5">特稟體質保健穴位：中脘穴</h2>

<p>中脘穴是胃的募穴，八會穴之腑會，手太陽小腸經、手少陽三焦經、足陽明胃經、任脈的交會穴。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>上腹部正中線臍中上4寸，當歧骨（胸劍結合部）與臍中連線的中點<br><strong>按法︰</strong>找到穴位，每天按壓5分鐘，力度適中<br><strong>功效︰</strong>特稟型人士亦可多按此穴，化濕和胃，排濕散熱有助減低濕熱鬱積情況，減少皮膚誘發過敏的情況。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">特稟體質保健湯水：紫蘇湯</h2>



<p>特稟型人士可根據自身過敏情況，先處理較常發較嚴重的症狀去處理，每次處理一兩個問題，效果比起每次都「大包圍」期望處理所有過敏症狀，可以控制得好，更有效。</p>



<p><strong>材料︰</strong>紫蘇葉15克，生薑3片，雞蛋1隻，瘦肉一塊<br><strong>製法：</strong>一、將水煲滾，先將生薑、瘦肉放入，用大火煲10分鐘。<br>　　　二、再加入雞蛋，再轉文火煲30分鐘。<br>　　　三、最後5分鐘放入紫蘇葉，加入食鹽調味就可。<br><strong>功效︰</strong>紫蘇葉辛溫，發汗解表，行氣寬中，解魚蟹毒；<br>　　　生薑辛溫，可解表，溫中散寒，溫胃止嘔；<br>　　　瘦肉性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥。<br><strong>適宜︰</strong>5歲以上已可飲用。</p>

<p>特稟質人士平日亦要勤力保持肌膚和身體健康，多做運動有助減緩鼻敏感情況，保持肌膚衛生清潔，有助減緩皮膚過敏、風疹、唇炎發作。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">陰虛體質</h2>



<p>中醫認為「汗為心液」，言則汗是血液所化生而成的，而血液是由心所主管的。所以在炎夏容易大汗出的季節，尤甚容易消耗陰血、耗損心臟，<strong>陰虛（陰血虧虛）</strong>體質人士必須注意養心。另外，陰虛質人士應盡量減少容易出汗的戶外活動，尤其避免長時間暴曬。</p>





<p><strong>陰虛人士常見症狀包括：</strong>眩暈、心悸、手足心熱、失眠、潮熱、寐間盜汗等<br><strong>日常建議多攝取補血養心的食品，如：</strong>紅棗、紅豆、紅蘿蔔、桑莓、車厘子、蕃茄、熟地、百合、何首烏、雞蛋、豬潤、豬心等</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong>百合30克、玉竹20克、雞蛋2至3隻、豬心或豬潤1個<br><strong>功效：</strong>清心安神、滋陰養血</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading">血瘀體質</h2>



<p>雖然中醫有一說：「血得溫則行」，但請勿誤以為血瘀體質就必須進食溫補之品，皆因過寒或過熱皆可致瘀。假如你是熱盛致瘀之士，夏天高溫反而害多於利。</p>

<p>血瘀體質的人除了會出現面色黯、唇色紫、皮膚粗糙伴瘀斑、靜脈曲張、痛經等症狀外，可透過舌象簡單分析體質屬寒屬熱。舌色紫暗為寒，夏季升溫有助驅寒袪寒；舌色紫紅則為熱，暑熱可灼血成瘀，加重瘀血問題。<br><br>因此瘀熱體質的人在嚴夏須小心處理，切忌進食辛辣炸物、注意身體降溫。在夏季可多食用冬瓜、馬蹄、鮮藕、薏米、苦瓜、生地、茅根等清熱涼血之品。</p>

<p>濕熱體質多表現於下半身，如身重難移，抬腿覺重墜，亦多見影響大便排便暢順，或為便秘，或腹瀉，伴有肛門灼熱感，小便黃，下陰部分泌增加，亦可能有濕疹問題。痰濕體質人士，如痰濕積聚化熱，亦可能發展成為濕熱體質。<br><br>夏天正是一年四季濕熱的代表季節，亦是濕熱型人士病情重上加重的季節。夏天酷熱炎上多火，同時雨季多濕，對於濕熱型人士來說，天氣加上體質，會令到情況加差。</p>

<p>天樞穴屬大腸募穴，是臟腑募集精氣的十二募穴之一。濕熱人士如經常腹瀉，可每日按天樞穴10分鐘，調腸理氣，改善腸胃問題。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>腹中部，臍中旁2寸，腹直肌中<br><strong>功效：</strong>疏調大腸，扶土化濕，和營調經，理氣消滯</p>

<p><strong>材料︰</strong>冬瓜半個、荷葉一片、生薏米30g、瘦肉一塊<br><strong>製法：</strong>一、瘦肉飛水；冬瓜連皮洗淨切塊，將冬瓜皮、冬瓜囊和核以大火煲滾，轉慢火煲10分鐘。<br>　　　二、加入餘料，再煲1小時，加少許鹽調味。<br><strong>功效：</strong>冬瓜味甘性寒，清熱利水，可清熱消暑；<br>　　　荷葉味甘性寒，可治暑熱煩躁；<br>　　　生薏米性寒，可利濕。</p>

<p><strong>材料︰</strong>生薏米、熟薏米各20g<br><strong>製法︰</strong>將薏米放進水中，用大火煮15-20分鐘，倒出再泡焗15分鐘即可飲用。<br><strong>注意事項︰</strong>生薏米袪濕，熟薏米止瀉，可視乎身體需要而調整生熟薏米之間的比例，如腹瀉較頻，建議熟薏米可增至30g。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">痰濕體質</h2>



<p>痰濕體質人士多見體型較肥胖，腹部鬆軟，汗液及大便亦較黏，容易生痰，出現頭暈惡心等現狀。<br><br>夏天天氣嚴熱，痰濕人士因痰濕積聚，不論從內從外亦較難散熱，需注意適時降溫、避暑，避免暴曬傷身。過份汗出亦會容易耗傷正氣，出現氣虛情況。</p>

<p>中脘穴是胃的募穴，八會穴之腑會，手太陽小腸經、手少陽三焦經、足陽明胃經、任脈的交會穴。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>上腹部正中線臍中上4寸，當歧骨（胸劍結合部）與臍中連線的中點<br><strong>按法︰</strong>找到穴位，每天按壓5分鐘，力度適中<br><strong>功效︰</strong>痰濕人士可多按中脘穴位，既可健脾胃，亦有助化濕袪痰，減低痰濕滯氣不適</p>

<p>嚴夏氣溫上升，單單在戶外一陣子就大汗淋漓，容易耗氣傷津。因此氣虛體質人士在炎夏必須做好防暑措施，避免長時間暴曬，否則可加重氣虛症狀：精神疲憊、體倦、呼吸欠暢、消化不良、大便乏力等，嚴重者可因心氣衰、心陰耗傷而引發心臟病。</p>

<p>氣虛體質人士日常可配合消暑袪濕、清心養陰的食療，如坊間常見的袪濕茶、清補涼等，亦可自選以下材料配搭煲湯水。<br><br><strong>消熱解暑：</strong>荷葉、綠豆、土茯苓、西洋參<br><strong>健脾袪濕：</strong>薏苡仁、淮山、五指毛桃、芡實<br><strong>清心養陰：</strong>玉竹、百合、蓮子、麥冬</p>





<p>注意，上述清熱解暑食材氣虛體質人士不宜過食，否則易損傷脾虛致氣虛情況加重。而除食療外，穴位按摩亦能達到補氣作用，以下兩穴可指腹揉按，或用艾條溫灸可加強療效。</p>

<p>夏季氣溫上升，理應是補陽氣的最佳日子，對陽虛人士相當有利，但都市人貪涼習慣，經常留守室內冷氣房、喜食生冷，室內外的溫差容易引寒入體，更傷陽氣。因此，即使盛夏炎熱，陽虛人士亦不宜過食寒涼，食療仍以溫陽袪寒為主，常見食材包括：當歸、紅棗、生薑、圓肉、淮山、韭菜、核桃、栗子、腰果。</p>

<p><strong>材料: </strong>生薑1片、圓肉15克、紅棗1粒<br><strong>功效: </strong>溫陽活血，健脾養心<br><br>另外，在夏季進行「<strong>三伏天灸</strong>」能有效改善陽虛體質，透過高溫天氣結合溫性膏藥外敷穴位，達到溫陽驅寒、冬病夏治的作用，對於哮喘、慢性支氣管炎、鼻敏感、虛寒痛經等人士效用顯著。</p>

<p>氣鬱質人士主要表現為肝鬱氣滯，身體多表現為胃腸道氣滯，胃腹頂脹，脅肋乳房脹痛，甚或經常偏頭痛、頭昏腦脹等，內在多見氣鬱影響情響鬱結，情緒不穩定，失眠等問題。<br></p>

<p>材料︰牛肉 200克、菜心 半斤<br><br>煮法︰<br>1.  菜心先洗乾淨<br>2.  預熱鐵鑊,加1/2 湯匙的油，下牛肉炒至7成熟，放在一旁備用<br>3.  爆香蒜蓉，放入菜心，適當調味<br>4.  炒至7成熟時，再放入剛才的牛肉，最後再作調味即可<br></p>



<p><br>宜忌對象︰2歲以上可食用<br>功效︰菜心性涼味甘，清熱解毒，補中益氣，疏通腸胃；<br>牛肉味甘性溫，安中，補脾益氣。</p>

<p>氣鬱人士在春天若不適當跟從天氣，亦會容易受情緒影響，變得陰沉，平日可提早起床，於早上加入適量輕運動，減少春困氣鬱狀況。</p>

<p>血瘀體質表示體內血液流動不暢，由於寒、熱、氣虛、氣滯、痰濕等病因影響身體日久導致，這類體質的人會出現面色黯、唇色紫、皮膚粗糙伴瘀斑、靜脈曲張、痛經等症狀。當初春肝氣欲升發時，瘀阻問題令肝氣不得疏泄，引致肝氣鬱結。<br></p>

<p>肝氣鬱結與瘀血相互影響、惡性循環，最終發展成氣滯血瘀。要避免肝鬱或打破惡性循環，必須化瘀同時理氣，可透過日常飲食和鍛練來調養，如玫瑰花、茉莉花、薄荷、柑橘、山楂等，活血化瘀、疏肝理氣兼備。</p>
