評《施政報告》改善精神健康服務之策(五)　醫生憂關愛隊事倍功半變撲空

特首在較早前提出他任內第二份《施政報告》，提出多項改善精神健康服務的計劃，令業界欣慰。筆者再拋磚引玉，與各位討論當中建議的特點和可行性，今次就講建議提到的「關愛隊」及「精神健康素養」資源套。
