先食保健品或降血糖藥更好?糖尿病患不得不知的保健禁忌

醫護人員針對糖尿病患者的控制血糖教育,一般都是準時打針服藥,戒除高糖食品或飲品,以及食用低升糖指數 (GI : Glycemic Index) 的食物,來讓血糖水平保持穩定,而非短時間大上大落。觀察和控制血糖水平對糖尿病患者而言,已經日常必做事項,但一昧降血糖也不是辦法,需取中庸之道。
