精神科新藥有效控制病情　公營醫院弊病造成「雙輸」

所謂「一分價錢，一分貨」，這個是眾人皆知的金科玉律。新藥的療效大多數會較為有效，而引起病人身體不良反應的機會，也應相對少。為甚麽各大公營醫院的精神科不採用新藥物？
