踏入秋季天氣轉涼,不少都市人喜愛 行山 郊遊,各個山上「打卡」熱點更是人頭湧湧。在壯麗景色下駐足留影過後,若稍一不慎腳下一滑,「啪咧」一聲 扭傷 足踝(俗稱「拗柴」),傷勢較輕者雖可自行慢步下山,但情況嚴重的或需要出動救傷隊救援,郊遊樂卻變成意外,好不掃興。
