每日一 梨 夠滋潤吃吃太多傷脾胃/胃痛/腹瀉

因食 梨 不適來診的人不多,可能因都巿人,食物充足,選擇多,故因多食 梨 而不適情況才少見。市面有很多不同種類的 梨 子,如雪 梨 、鴨 梨 、啤 梨 、水晶 梨 等,在中醫角度,其實效果大同小異,均可解燥,但亦屬偏寒涼之物,每日一個便足夠,若吃得太多,容易形成內寒,內寒了就容易胃痛、腹瀉、乏力。
